As part of the Lacoste Stealth Spring 2008 collection we present you the new Revan Lo. This time it comes with large parts of the shoe made out of perforated leather. The heel is covered in suede and the toe box in premium leather. Contrasting highlight colors on the inner sole, laces and around the ankle are also a nice touch.
This style comes in three colorways this season and will be released towards the end of the month. For those who don't know Perforated is gon be huge this Spring...Kels Ima need that hook up =]

We've recently seen Louis Vuitton's ad starring Pharrell Williams for the LV-Blason Jewelry. Now for its new and first television ad campaign, LV is shifting a bit from their luxury image to a more adventurous one. The tone of the ad is more philosophical too asking, "What is a journey?" With collective images from around the world of people, nature, and cityscapes (with a little image hint of an LV bag), this ad is Louis Vuitton's most emotional one yet. The campaign comes from the Ogilvy agency in Paris.

The concept of Broken Halo was derived from the political history of what was once the Anaheim Angels of Orange County, who are also known as “The Halos”. The baseball team has gone through several name changes in its history, first changing it to the California Angels in 1965. The Disney Company took control in 1997, and extensively renovated the Angel Stadium while stating that both the stadium’s name and the team’s name contain the word “Anaheim” in it- making it known that it was absolutely imperative that everyone knew where the roots and history of the team came from. Hence, the team became known and loved as the Anaheim Angels.
In 2005, new owner Arte Moreno wanted to tap into the Los Angeles media market by changing the Anaheim Angels into the Los Angeles Angels. This obviously didn’t sit very well with the city of Anaheim or the team fanatics. With a standing agreement (Disney’s deal & conditions), the city of Anaheim and Angels fans backed their roots and demanded that “Anaheim” was kept in the team name as well as the stadium name as promised in 1997. Meeting the city’s demands half-way, the team name was changed to the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. The city, the fans and even the Los Angeles Dodgers vehemently disputed the change but the name stood and sadly, still stands today.
There’s nothing more tragic than seeing a legendary entity lose its roots on grounds to gain media and money. The Angels sold their soul to the Devil. They are the fallen angels; the Broken Halos.
Triumvir is telling that story with the Broken Halos Spring 2008 release, which consists of both t-shirts and a fitted cap collaboration with Estate LA.

The latest Supra release: the Muska Denim SkyLow. We’ve seen the SkyHi in denim before, as well as many other color-ways, and it was pretty nice. I’m usually not a big fan of denim shoes, but on this shoe the navy denim and the white stitching just give it an approachable feel-nothing too flashy. If you look closely, the denim runs vertically on the front and really gives it some class. They’re on the way! These will go quick!

Comme des Garcons continues their long term relationship with French label Lacoste and has just released new Spring/Summer 2008 polo shirts in collaboration with the brand. They come in a variety of colors, partly with a tonal crocodile logo and some nice detailed stitching.

Furthermore they also made a black Comme des Garcons x Lacoste jacket out of the traditional Lacoste polo materials, with a black tonal crocodile and pockets. Reinforce just received all the pieces in store.
